We started our journey much like most of you; standing at the shore of the vast ocean that is parenting, without a clue towards what we were doing. And here we are, a few years and two kids later, feeling like we know it all. We certainly don't, and thats the exciting part. We're still learning, discovering new ways of doing things and uncovering amazing products along the way.

We found ourselves being asked for advice from our nearest and dearest, from birthing aids to baby wearing, teething, feeding, potty training and beyond. And as I repeatedly lamented the lack of product variety available here in Canada compared to my native UK, my husband suggested I start my own store. Ha! I scoffed! Start my own store? With two young boys to care for? And yet, here we are. And I must say... Sweetheart, you were right.

Babysaurus is officially my third baby. I've learnt a lot since starting our business, and I look forward to watching it grow.

One of our first objectives going in to this venture was, will we be able to give back? Will it be profitable enough to make a difference in the world?

I love the idea of spreading my passion for baby wearing, while contributing to the "sisterhood of motherhood". To help mothers and their families from all walks of life.

And so we endeavoured to make a commitment; $5 from the sale of every carrier will be donated to charity. We hope to donate more, to raise more, to make a bigger change. But we all have to start somewhere.

So come join us on our journey, and lets make a positive change!
